With COVID-19 throwing everyone’s plans out the window these past few months, we haven’t had the opportunity to share exciting news about the expansion of our management team. We’re really pleased to officially (if belatedly) welcome three new leaders, as well as congratulate Amanda Williams on her promotion to VP of Operations.
Each of these executives brings a wealth of expertise to help Alloy continue our growth journey. Keep reading to find out more about each of their backgrounds and the roles we’re hiring for!
Srinivas (Srini) Reddy, VP Engineering
Srini has extensive experience building and leading engineering teams that are customer-focused and outcome-driven, delivering products with clear business value and strong adoption. He spent the past decade in the SaaS and Analytics industry, with his most recent work at Tableau Software. There, he managed teams focused on the data platform, with ownership of data ingestion, query processing and data sharing & trust. Prior to Tableau, he spent five years at Salesforce.
We’re currently hiring full stack software engineers to join our team of talented engineers. In this role, you will develop high-performance analytics applications connected to flexible models of supply chain entities. You’ll design and implement intuitive APIs and create internal and customer-facing solutions that make it easy to maintain our customers’ data. Positions are available in our San Francisco and Vancouver offices.
Chi-Chi Liang, EVP Marketing
Chi-Chi brings two decades of experience in enterprise marketing, sales enablement, strategic planning, business operations, process excellence and change management for technology businesses to Alloy. She joined us from Periscope Data, where she was the VP of Marketing during the period it was acquired by Sisense. She was previously VP of Marketing at Grovo during a phase of rebuilding and repositioning Grovo as the leader in modern workplace learning, resulting in the company’s acquisition by Cornerstone OnDemand.
Earlier, Chi-Chi was VP Product Marketing at Lookout and was responsible for introducing their flagship Mobile Endpoint Security solution to the enterprise market. She has also held senior roles in marketing, strategy & business operations roles at Symantec after it acquired Vontu, where she led practice development and operations functions. She started her career as an Accenture consultant, primarily advising telecommunications companies on operational and process improvements.
Andy Sacks, EVP Sales
With over 20 years of enterprise sales experience, Andy has deep expertise developing direct and indirect routes to market across pre- and post-sales organizations. Prior to Alloy, Andy spent over four years at GridGain Systems and over two years at Imply Data. He served as Executive Vice President of Sales at both companies and posted triple digit growth year over year.
Before GridGain, Andy spent over eight years developing strategic sales teams at Red Hat, which he joined as part of the JBoss acquisition. He has also held sales leadership roles at Bluestone Software (acquired by HP), RightWorks (acquired by i2) and Inktomi (acquired by Yahoo! and Verity), where he developed the company’s Partner Sales organization.
He is always looking for high performing individuals to join Alloy’s world class sales organization.
